Privacy notice

This notice explains how Intelyx Research and Experimental Development in Information Technology (“Intelyx Group”, “we”) handles personal information sent through intelyxgroup.com, in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

What we collect

When you send an inquiry, we receive what you enter in the form:

• Your name and email address
• Your company, if you add it
• The service you selected and your message

If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever your message contains.

Why we use it

We use your information only to read and reply to your inquiry and to keep a record of that conversation. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Who handles it

Inquiries pass through Cloudflare, which runs this website and delivers its email, and reach our email inbox hosted by Google. Both act as service providers and may process data outside the Philippines. We share your information with anyone else only if you agree or the law requires it.

Website analytics

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and measure page performance. It does not use advertising cookies or build a profile of you.

Client portal

Clients who use our document portal sign in with a one-time code sent to their email by Cloudflare. We use their email address to confirm access to their own folder, and we store the documents we share with them on Cloudflare. The portal uses a sign-in cookie only to keep them signed in.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries only as long as we need them to respond and to maintain a record of our dealings with you, unless the law requires longer. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to its use, or withdraw your consent. To do this, email hello@intelyxgroup.com. You may also complain to the National Privacy Commission.
